This has to be what I would personally call the most bizarre domain name sales pitch I have ever seen. The owner of a bunch of Cherokee Letter domain names is recommending that you buy his domain names–and use them in a Google AdWords campaign to commit what I would call outright fraud and deception.
Some of the domain names that are for sale include the following:
The owner, Peter Fluder, claims, in a press release that he put out today that you can use these domain names in a Google AdWords campaign and that they “can be used to dramatically increase CTR”.
While these domain names may “appear” to look like the “real thing”–and when you copy and paste the domain name into your web browser they will appear to go to the “real” web site. However, these domain names are in Cherokee Characters, not Latin letters (most of us in the USA have English (latin) character keyboards. If you have a Latin keyboard, you cannot type these characters using your keyboard–you have to copy/paste the letters.
This is probably some of the worst deception I have seen lately. The domain name owner not only owns domain names that are potentially deceptive to all English-speaking people, he recommends that one buy the domain name(s) and use them for deceptive purposes.
If you’re interested, here is the full list of domain names that this guy is selling. I am not going to even post any of his contact information, if you’re wanting to buy one of these domain names then you probably already know how to look up the domain owner via the whois.
