AdCellerant and Vendasta Deepen Partnership to Deliver AI Marketing Tools to 250,000+ Businesses

AdCellerant and Vendasta announced a major expansion of their strategic partnership this week, aiming to provide more than 250,000 small and medium-sized businesses with AI-powered marketing and business tools. The collaboration brings together two established players in digital advertising and customer engagement, giving local businesses access to a tightly connected system that manages both lead generation and lead conversion.

A Partnership Years in the Making

The two companies have been working together for seven years, building a foundation of shared trust and results. Earlier this year, leaders from both sides began discussing how they could expand the alliance. The outcome is a new phase that blends AdCellerant’s award-winning advertising platform, Ui.Marketing, with Vendasta’s AI-driven customer acquisition and engagement technology.

George Leith, President of International Partnerships at AdCellerant, emphasized the natural fit. Leith, who previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Vendasta, noted, “When our executive teams came together, it was clear this strategic partnership made perfect sense. I’m thrilled to bring AdCellerant’s solutions to Vendasta partners and to enable AdCellerant partners to offer Vendasta’s AI employees.”

What the Expanded Alliance Brings

AdCellerant’s Advertising Platform

AdCellerant’s offerings include programmatic display advertising, Connected and Streaming TV campaigns, digital out-of-home (DOOH) placements, and local SEO (Search Engine Optimization). These services help businesses capture attention and drive new demand.

Vendasta’s AI Business Tools

Vendasta’s AI-driven products—such as AI Receptionist, Business App, and customizable AI employees—will now be available for AdCellerant partners to resell. These tools are designed to handle routine customer interactions, speed up responses, and ensure leads generated through advertising don’t go cold.

Creating a Seamless Loop

By joining forces, the companies give partners the ability to link demand creation with demand management. Small businesses can attract customers through digital campaigns and respond in real time through AI-driven automation, a combination that shortens the sales cycle and improves conversion rates.

Shared Mission and Market Impact

Both companies have built their reputations on helping local businesses grow through technology. The partnership doubles down on that mission, positioning their combined solution as an end-to-end system for customer acquisition and retention.

“This expanded partnership with AdCellerant opens new doors for our partners,” said Jaqueline Wandzura, Interim CRO at Vendasta. “By uniting our AI customer acquisition and engagement platform with AdCellerant’s advertising expertise, we’re enabling SMBs to manage the entire customer journey, from first interaction to long-term loyalty—in one connected system.”

Looking Ahead

The expanded relationship between AdCellerant and Vendasta reflects a broader trend in marketing technology: the move to integrate advertising with customer engagement in one ecosystem. For SMBs, the real story is efficiency. Instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools, they gain a single path from awareness to sale. It is a change that promises both speed and scale, something small businesses often struggle to balance.

In short, the partnership blends proven advertising solutions with emerging AI tools, opening a new chapter for thousands of businesses looking to compete more effectively in digital markets.
