Globe Runner, a digital marketing agency located in Lewisville, TX, is currently seeking a full-time entry level SEO/Content Marketing Specialist. The full-time SEO/Content Marketing Specialist will work with our digital marketing team in increasing our client's web properties' search engine rankings and website traffic by building relationships in an effort to increase the number and quality of links pointed to client properties. High-quality incoming links from authoritative relationships with editors, bloggers, reporters and more are a key determinant of which websites appear on search engine result pages (SERPs), and the ability to develop these links and relationships is a highly valuable skill in the digital marketing industry. The full-time SEO/Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the complete cycle of content marketing initiatives: planning, coordinating, executing, tracking, analyzing, and then repeating. Examples of these responsibilities would include: -Discovering and nurturing online relationships with relevant sources for link and content opportunities -Pitching relevant blogs/news outlets/forums/etc. to find opportunities for online exposure for our clients -Getting how-to & resource-oriented websites to link to our clients' sites -Submitting sites to relevant web-directories and professional organizations -Coordinating guest-posts for other websites -Scheduled and ad hoc reporting of analytical data and marketing efforts -Developing & implementing other ways to acquire incoming website links and content marketing opportunities Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, and web trends -Excellent communication skills through both phone and email -Organized and detail oriented -Knowledge of SEO strategies and theories, including link building -Understanding of branding and maintaining a brand identity -Positive, energetic, and optimistic attitude -Multi-tasking -Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel -Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines and learn advanced linking and relationship building strategies The above description is not intended to be an "all-inclusive" list of the duties, responsibilities, skills, and abilities required to perform the job.
