I am all for protecting your brand, and protecting your trademark. That is something that you must do nowadays. However, it just seems to me that this might be a little bit much, and “over the top” in this case. I mean, really–take a look at all of the domain names and companies that 3M is suing. It seems as though they’re suing “everyone”, the privacy service, Godaddy, the web hosts, and even the DNS providers, as well.
