Sanity, a renowned content management platform favored by industry giants like AT&T, Puma, and Spotify, has unveiled ‘Sanity Create.’ This new AI-assisted writing tool integrates the entire content lifecycle—from creation to publishing—into one seamless workflow. The announcement came during the company’s spring launch event, Sanity Connect, held in San Francisco.

Sanity Create is engineered to transform the way professional content teams operate, merging advanced large language models (LLMs) with rich data from Sanity’s Content Lake to craft an intuitive writing space. This tool not only boosts creativity and content quality but also accelerates production rates, meeting the demands of an era where 90% of online content is expected to be AI-generated by 2026.

The capabilities of Sanity Create are extensive. It offers a distraction-free writing environment where creators can collaborate with an AI ‘ghostwriter,’ maintaining control while enhancing productivity. Features include the ability to gather and integrate diverse inputs such as notes, plans, and style guides, and the capacity for simultaneous collaboration with both human and AI contributors. Moreover, the tool enables automatic structuring and publishing of content directly to Sanity Studio with a single click.

David Annez, VP of Product at loveholidays, a customer of Sanity, praised the new tool: “Sanity Create is exactly what we’ve needed to enhance our content workflows. It bridges the gap in our content creation process, enabling us to produce superior content effortlessly.”

Magnus Hillestead, Co-Founder and CEO of Sanity, emphasized the strategic importance of content. “Content is not just a business necessity; it is a competitive advantage. With Sanity Create, we are breaking down more barriers in the content lifecycle, allowing teams to leverage content effectively to drive business transformation,” he stated.

Sanity’s new tool is part of its broader vision to redefine content management. Known for its Content Fabric, which offers a unique Content-as-Data framework, Sanity connects systems, data, and workflows, enabling content teams to deliver from a unified source. This approach has positioned Sanity as a frontrunner in CMS and DXP solutions, recognized by industry authorities such as G2, Gartner, and Forrester.

Sanity, established in 2018 and based in San Francisco, has garnered support from major investors including ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, and prominent individual investors like Twitter co-founder Ev Williams.
