Algonomy, known for helping retailers automate key business decisions with AI, announced a fresh batch of retail-focused tools today. The company introduced three new solutions—Ensemble AI, Social Proof Messaging, and Active Content—designed to help retailers convert more shoppers by delivering faster, smarter, and more personalized digital experiences.

Each product takes aim at a specific stage of the customer journey, combining data and automation in ways that remove friction, boost credibility, and drive measurable results.

Style Suggestions That Feel Human, at Machine Scale

Ensemble AI is an outfitting engine that builds full outfits based on individual customer preferences and behavior. Think of it as a digital stylist that doesn’t sleep. It works in real time, assembling complete looks that appear on websites, apps, and other channels.

Retailers get more upsells. Shoppers get curated head-to-toe suggestions without lifting a finger. According to Algonomy, the result is higher average order value, better conversion rates, and less need for manual merchandising.

Social Signals That Push People to Buy

Social Proof Messaging uses behavioral cues to increase urgency and build trust throughout the shopping experience. Whether it’s “10 others are viewing this,” “low stock,” or “top-rated,” these real-time prompts tap into shopper psychology.

The tech behind it runs constant testing in the background—swapping in new variants and only showing the versions that perform best. That’s good news for KPIs like add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, and revenue per visit.

Emails That Don’t Feel Like Emails

Active Content is built to help marketers break out of the copy-and-paste email rut. It lets them pull in live, visual content that changes at the moment the email is opened. That means marketing teams can personalize offers on the fly using real-time data—no need to rebuild entire campaigns.

The engine behind it combines generative AI with Algonomy’s data platform. The system pulls content and context from different sources and assembles emails that speak directly to individual users without much manual effort.

Broader Context and Product Lineup

These tools build on Algonomy’s existing platform, which already includes features like real-time product recommendations (Recommend™), multimodal search, Audience Manager, and supply chain tools like Order Right.

With over 400 retail partners across 20 countries, the company says its mission is simple: help businesses serve the right content, to the right customer, at the right time—automatically.

Live Demonstration at NRF APAC 2025

All three tools will be on display at NRF APAC 2025, held June 3–5 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Algonomy will be at Booth #1116 showcasing the new features in action and answering questions about how they plug into existing eCommerce and marketing stacks.

Why This Matters

Retailers are being forced to work faster, smarter, and more personally than ever. The one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work online—shoppers expect content that speaks to them directly. With this launch, Algonomy is making it easier for retailers to meet those expectations using automation, behavioral data, and personalization that adapts in real time.

The retail tech arms race is far from over, but this gives Algonomy’s customers an edge—no guesswork required.
