Advice Interactive, in McKinney, TX, is a full-service, digital marketing services agency. We are looking for an agency experienced Web Development Project Manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Since our inception, we have achieved record-setting growth by retaining clients and sticking to our foundation of local search engine optimization (SEO), paid media management and website development. Advice Interactive builds and modifies websites to ensure we deliver high value to our clients. We build everything from “brochure websites” to full e-commerce shopping engines to online apps. Our sites are expected to perform at a high-level of search optimization (traffic) and security (where applicable).

What We Need
— Prefer 5 years experience in Web Development Project Management
— PMP certification a plus
— Understand how to build, grow and maintain the digital health of our client’s online properties (whether a website or a social presence)
— Assist in the definition of project specifications and client requirements, involve all relevant departments and ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
— Ability to perform quality control across all projects and multiple disciplines
— Experience providing web designers/developers with art direction/tasks, including project task outlines, composites created in Photoshop, verbal directions, edits directly to their designs, etc
— Base knowledge of development terms and best practice processes followed to move a project to completion
— Coordinate internal resources and/or third parties for the flawless execution of projects
— Track progress through a solid project plan
— Ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
— Report and escalate to management as needed
— Assist in the management of client relationships and expectations
— Ensure that all departments involved in the project operate as a united team
— Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
— Familiarity with WordPress (and other CMS platforms), HTML, PHP, Jquery, JavaScript and Excel is expected.
