Inflation is now the foremost concern for the upcoming year, identified by 46.06% of participants, with worries about economic recession and supply chain disruptions also on their radar.
  • Strategic Adaptations: To combat rising expenses, nearly half of the surveyed businesses (46.88%) are planning to adjust their pricing strategies, while 29.37% intend to absorb these costs, potentially impacting their profit margins.
  • Investment Priorities: Reflecting a strategic pivot towards digital transformation, digital marketing is cited as the primary area for increased investment, indicating a shift to more online engagement and digital opportunities.
  • Workforce Stability: Despite economic pressures, the majority of businesses plan to maintain their current workforce levels, underscoring a commitment to stability and growth.
