It appears that Twitter has finally fixed their Google search results problem. If you might recall,
I wrote a while back that the Google search result for the “Twitter” search query was showing seemingly random Twitter accounts, like this one.
My posting of these random search results for the Twitter search query, led me to check it over and over again for a few days, and it was random. There was no reason why a certain Twitter account would be shown to Google as the site’s home page. And the cached version of the page was yet another different Twitter profile.
Currently, it does looks like it’s finally fixed, and even the cached version of the page is not showing a Twitter profile, which is good.
