Clearwater Marketing Group Rolls Out Smart Tools to Help Chiropractors and Dentists Grow

Clearwater Marketing Group has introduced three new digital tools aimed at helping dental and chiropractic offices grow their practices by doing less manual marketing and getting better results. The software lineup—pcc Practice Builder™, Patient Pro-Connect™, and Targeted Reviews™—focuses on what most small healthcare practices struggle with: getting more patients, keeping them coming back, and looking great online.

Helping Patients Find the Right Practice

pcc Practice Builder™ is a software platform that combines website development with ongoing content updates and search visibility. It starts with a custom-built site for the practice. Then, it adds new content every week. That content isn’t generic filler—it uses actual search phrases patients type into Google when they’re looking for treatment options or local providers.

This approach improves rankings in search engines, increases traffic to the practice’s site, and makes it more likely that a visitor becomes a patient. It also connects the website to over 70 directories and GPS apps, including Google Maps, Yelp, Apple Maps, and Bing.

Keeping Current Patients Coming Back

The second tool, Patient Pro-Connect™, focuses on communication. It sends out email campaigns to existing patients based on the conditions they’re dealing with—like sciatica, TMJ, or preventive cleanings. These messages introduce new solutions, including treatments that may not be covered by insurance but are still helpful. Each message ends with a simple call-to-action to book an appointment.

There’s also an education component. According to Clearwater Marketing Group’s founder and CEO Jeffrey Hartman, “Patients often don’t know all the treatments available to them. Keeping them informed means better care and more follow-through.”

Turning Happy Patients into Online Advocates

Reputation is often the first thing new patients look at. Targeted Reviews™ handles this by automating the review request process. After a visit, happy patients are prompted to leave a review on platforms like Google. If someone’s unhappy, the system keeps that conversation off public platforms and gives the practice a chance to respond privately.

The tool also lets practices keep an eye on their feedback 24/7. Staff can see what’s being said, spot patterns, and use that feedback to improve services.

Why It’s Working

Chiropractors and dentists usually don’t have time to build websites, write content, run email campaigns, monitor reviews, and manage directories. Clearwater’s system handles those jobs in the background. That gives staff more time to focus on treating patients instead of figuring out how to show up on Google or respond to another review.

The combination of visibility, communication, and reputation management covers the main areas where most practices lose momentum. These tools keep those efforts running without much effort from the providers.

What to Know Now

Clearwater Marketing Group has been working with healthcare practices since 2005. Through its subsidiary, Podiatry Content Connection™, the company has helped providers across the country grow their digital presence and attract new patients consistently.

The release of these three tools comes at a time when small practices are under pressure to compete with larger groups and corporate-owned clinics. Tools like pcc Practice Builder™, Patient Pro-Connect™, and Targeted Reviews™ give independent offices a way to keep up—without needing to hire extra help.
