Dallas Agency Launches New Healthcare Marketing Division

Posted on February 4, 2025 Written by Bill Hartzer

Aletheia Marketing & Media

One of the fastest-growing digital marketing firms in the country is making a big bet on healthcare. Aletheia Marketing & Media, Inc., a Dallas-based agency that earned a spot on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list, just announced the launch of AMMHealth, a new division dedicated entirely to healthcare marketing.

Aletheia has already been working with healthcare brands, but this new unit marks a formal expansion, complete with specialized leadership, AI-driven insights, and a laser focus on what drives patient decisions.

Healthcare Marketing, Reimagined

Aletheia CEO Chris Schembri made it clear that this move wasn’t spontaneous—it’s been in the works for years.

“We’ve seen incredible success in healthcare marketing, and this is the natural next step,” Schembri said. “AMMHealth is built on deep industry expertise and a commitment to understanding what truly moves people. In a crowded market, healthcare CMOs need more than data—they need messaging that connects on a personal level.”

That’s where AMMHealth’s proprietary AI and behavioral research come in. Instead of relying solely on demographic data and standard marketing tactics, AMMHealth digs deeper.

More Than Just Facts—What Really Drives Healthcare Decisions

People don’t choose doctors, hospitals, or insurance plans based on logic alone. According to Aletheia’s Research Director, Colleen Howell, values play a bigger role than most marketers realize.

“We’ve found that healthcare choices are often deeply personal and rooted in core beliefs,” Howell explained. “If a brand doesn’t align with those values, no amount of advertising dollars will fix that.”

AMMHealth aims to bridge this gap by identifying what truly matters to patients and delivering messaging that resonates.

A Veteran at the Helm

To lead the charge, Aletheia brought in healthcare marketing veteran Susan Scott, a powerhouse with 25 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, insurance, and more.

Scott, who has seen firsthand how healthcare marketing has evolved, is eager to bring fresh thinking to the space.

“Healthcare marketing isn’t just about selling a product or service—it’s about trust,” Scott said. “If we can help brands build stronger, more meaningful relationships with their audiences, we’re doing our job right. That’s what AMMHealth is here to do.”

What’s Next for AMMHealth?

With its official launch, AMMHealth is set to partner with healthcare providers, insurers, and wellness brands looking for marketing strategies that go beyond surface-level engagement.

The team is blending AI, behavioral science, and media expertise to create messaging that doesn’t just inform—it connects. And in an industry where trust is everything, that could make all the difference.
