Domain SEO Service Registration Corp. Domain Registration Scam

Posted on December 7, 2014 Written by Bill Hartzer

Unfortunately, there are still people out there, like Domain SEO Service Registration Corp., who feel that they can get away with offering “search engine submission” services. The fact is, there is absolutely no need to submit your website to the search engines; most likely they have already crawled your website (especially Google). So rather than paying for a “submission” service, you need real search engine marketing services, a service that I provide.

Take a look at what this “Domain SEO Service Registration Corp.” company is sending out, via email:

Domain SEO Service Registration Corp.

Search Engine Submission is a scam, and I’ve written about it before several times. It’s a shame that these scams exist after all these years, as they have morphed from a search engine submission to even a domain name registration scam.

I just got this email, which apparently is CAN-SPAM compliant. Well, it’s not–it’s still spam whether or not they offer for you to “opt out” of their spam in the email message. It’s unsolicited, it’s a scam, and nothing that they do for your website could be considered ethical.

By adding in the word “SEO” to the title of this scam, they make it sound as if the “Domain SEO Service Registration Corp.” is going to actually optimize your website or do some sort of Search Engine Optimization for the $64 fee that they collect from unsuspecting individuals who take them up on their offer.

Here’s some of the wording from their offer. I’m not quite sure what type of service they are offering, it’s not very descriptive.

Domain SEO Service Registration Corp

This important notification notifies you about the expiration notice of your domain registration for XXXXXXX.com search engine submission.

If you fail to complete the domain name registration XXXXXXXX.com search engine service by the expiration date, may result in the cancellation of this domain name notification offer notice.

Failure to complete your domain name registration XXXXXXXX.com search engine service process may make it difficult for customers to find you on the web.

Domain SEO Service Registration Corp.
5379 Lyons Rd. 452
Coconut Creek, FL 33073

The 5379 Lyons Rd address is a PAK Mail (similar to a UPS Store) location. It’s a shame that services such as this still host scammers.

If you get one of these email notices, then it’s a scam and do NOT send any money to them. Instead, feel free to get in touch with me and we can discuss what your business needs–which is not search engine submisssion. It’s true SEO services, from a search engine optimization expert such as myself.

What’s interesting to note that while the address in the email is in Florida, the company who appears to behind this scam is actually from China. Take a look at the whois data for domainrseo.net, which is the website that shows up in the email (the link that they want you to use when responding to the offer):
