Two different repeating three-letter, .COM domain names, FFF.com and HHH.com, have been put up for sale by the domain name brokers Brannans.com.
There are over 148,000,000 registered .COM domain names. But, of those 148 million domain names, only 26 are repeating, three-letter combinations like AAA, BBB, and CCC:
AAA BBB CCC DDD EEE FFF GGG HHH III JJJ
KKK LLL MMM NNN OOO
PPP QQQ RRR SSS TTT VVV WWW XXX YYY ZZZ
Certainly several of those are associated with well-known brands, such as AAA and BBB (Better Business Bureau). A Google search for “FFF” brings up a well-known song by Bebe Rexha, but also results for the French Football Federation, FabFitFun, and FFF Enterprises.
A Google search for HHH reveals Half Hollow Hills School District in New York, and Paul Michael Levesque, also known as Triple H from the WWF, now WWE.
Based on what I’m seeing in the industry, premium domain name values have been rising, especially with more and more businesses going online this year. Both FFF and HHH would be a great opportunity to re-brand a business, and use either of those for a new brand.
