Using SocialCentiv Twitter Marketing Software for Lead Generation

Posted By Bill Hartzer

We’ve always thought of Twitter as a social media site to connect with others and see their Tweets. But did you know that there a lots of people on Twitter who are looking for products and services that you may offer? For example, someone might ask their followers about real estate agents in the area. They might need some sort of Twitter marketing software.

commercial real estate lead

If you were a commercial real estate agent, then this would be a perfect opportunity–especially if you are in the same area as Janice. So, how would you go about finding these types of people? Sure, you could search Twitter manually for all sorts of questions. But that comes at a cost–your time. And how do you know if Janice is in your town (you have to look at her profile and see if she shows where she is).

Sure, you could use Twitter Cards, but it takes time to set up. What if you’re just not that “technical”? There’s got to be an easier, better way to get leads on Twitter.

There’s a better way. SocialCentiv is a lead generation platform for Twitter. To describe it, I would say that it’s a type of “HootSuite” and “lead generation” dashboard site all in one. SocialCentive will take a set of core keywords that you add to the site, as well as a location (city or nationwide) or several locations and literally search for you. It has a “learning engine” in the background, as well as “sentiment analysis”. They figure out what people are asking, what they’re looking for–and they show you the Tweets all in an easy-to-read format. You can then respond personally to each of these people, or you can choose to delete. The more you use the platform, the more it learns what Tweets you like and which ones you don’t like.

When you respond to someone on Twitter, it automatically adds an “offer”, which is a link to landing page. They then get your offer and am sign up to receive it. For example, if someone mentions that they need some coffee–and you’re a coffee shop close to them, you could offer them a free coffee for coming in.

SocialCentiv is Twitter marketing software for lead generation on Twitter, allowing you to run effective intent-based marketing campaigns. SocialCentiv provides all the tools you need to find conversations on Twitter where consumers are talking about buying your product or service, respond to them with an offer, and capture new leads.

SocialCentive offers a free trial, and costs $49 a month for all-you-can use, so even though you generate hundreds of leads for your business using their platform, all you pay is $49 a month.

Try SocialCentive using their free trial and see how it works for you. Let me know what you think.
