GoDaddy App Glitch: Domains Purchased With App Could Go to Someone Else’s Account

There’s a glitch in the GoDaddy app that causes domain names purchased with the app to suddenly appear in someone else’s account. List of New gTLDs – New Domain Names Coming Soon

Very soon there will be a lot more choices when it comes to registering and owning a domain name. We’ve all be used to using .com, .net, and .org as TLDs (Top Level Domains) but there are actually are a lot more, including .travel, .biz, .info, and even the ccTLDs (Country Code TLDs), such as .ca for Canada and .co.uk for the United Kingdom. Network Solutions Auto Enrolls Customer in WebLock Program, To Tune of $1,850

Network Solutions has auto-enrolled one of their customers in some sort of new “WebLock” program, and will soon charge his credit card $1850. Furthermore, this is a program where the customer is auto-enrolled in the program. They have to call Network Solutions in order to opt out of the program, thus not be auto-charged $1,850. This is for two domain names that the customer owns.

.rest and .bar is looking to integrate more meta data into the content on the TLDs.

Daniel Negari, who has .xyz and .college. They are trying to give people from emerging markets to register a domain that meets their needs.

.luxury is a different business model. They want to make an internet for the luxury industry, different than the rest of the internet. They want to aggregate the luxury industry online.
