Thanks for the tip about breadcrumbs and using anchor text links. I get to add my key phrase in a way that does not make the content seem overrun with that key phrase.

The other nice thing is that Google is now supporting Breadcrumbs in the SERPs, so it gives you an additional way to pull in clicks and direct visitors to the info they are wanting.
