This is very interesting. Just as the visitors seems to be imune to adsense, this program “falls” down from the sky. I think thogh it will take som time before the visitors get used to using it and changes thei site behavior. But it still is interesting to see how succesfull it will be.

I’ve seen this been implemented on big sites, it’s good that it is more of an interactive “smart” ad, than the conventional still ads, there can be lots of growth to this but, the graphics and layout looks dull, maybe they want it to look ilke text ads, or is it possible to fully customize this?

Never heard of them before – I think their timing is good since Adsense hasn’t seen any new innovations in the last 5 years or so (yes, there’s been tweaks but it hasn’t resulted in publishers earning more – in fact we’re earning less per click, and getting lower CTR too).

This is a fascinating product. I’m curious if their overall business model will work.. but from an organization point of view, it allows for more “visual learning”-style interaction. I like it a lot.

Interesting concept, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. I played around with the widget you’ve got inserted here, and while the results are good, the entire graphic interface is really poorly done. In concept and principle, I think this is great, but the graphics department should be shot.

Yes I kid agree with Tanner. Though they look good, they should prioritize their search results more. I have to use them too. Hope they provide a good monetizing soltuion.

That is pretty interesting. The tag cloud that animates is really cool as well, but I don’t see how it would help out most websites. It looks good, and it’s fun, and it is sort of useful, but I’m afraid Quintura is focused more on flashy effects rather than great search. Still, they’ve peaked my interest.

This product seems to provide a good service to publishers because it allows users new ways to find information on your site. It also has the added addition of providing advertising revenue. It will be interesting to see if their business plan pans out for them. Thanks for telling us about this service.

Interesting patent, although I thought that similar search engines existed whereby images were displayed next to a site according to the HTML, such as in Digg and other social bookmarking websites?
