I enjoyed the article a lot. I&#039;d argue that geotracking/targeting are really tactics rather than strategies, but that&#039;s besides the point!

Another interesting tactic that bigger sites use is to dynamically insert content based on geolocation. For example, if you visit an amazon.com site from a UK IP address, they&#039;ll often insert a large &quot;Buy this book on Amazon UK&quot; call to action.

Many ad networks allow this too: Set up different versions of your ads for different territories, and &#039;switch off&#039; the territories you&#039;re not interested in.
