These rules affect a lot of the stay at home moms. These moms have taken over reviewing products and creating money making blogs. The biggest impact will be on them.

This is really interesting is this the first piece of legislation that applies to bloggers, because I can’t think of any other laws that actually apply to us?

It is true that these rules lead to changes in base of this new FTC and hopefully it can bring benefits to the bloggers.

It would be interesting to see whether they go after historic posts, as there are countless bloggers out there that certainly would not want to go back and amend old posts based on this new FTC guideline

I do not know why the FTC is making a big issue when bloggers choose to endorse a product or service. Many bloggers endorse products or services they’ve used without asking for compensation or a freebie. Without a doubt this is an unusual turn of event for bloggers.
