		<description>I have used Earthlink for about 9 years now.  I have never had a problem with customer service except when I changed from dial up to cable.  Then my only issue was with who handled what.  I was bounced back and forth between Earthlink and Time Warner quite a bit, but it is all straightened up now.</description>
